just to list the events of this past week...i went to dance camp and got my ears pierced ha HA. anyway dance camp was 3 days, but 3 extremely intense days which consisted of working/memorizing 3 different dances, half an hour to hour warm ups with conditioning following that, and performing the 3 dances we learned on the final day. I was kinda surprised that not eveyrone was impressively good and such, i mean there were schools that were just beginning level, but there was also a school that was about Pro/advanced level. It turned out I was the only individual who attended the camp, eveyrone else went with their school teams(or part of their school teams). The team I roomed with were really nice(they were all the way from oregon), man I was so lucky to be with them instead of some snotty attention whore team. by the way-i ran into the yearbook people from our school since there was a yearbook camp at CSU long beach too haha. it was defeintely a surprise, but really nice to see/talk to them. Anyway, really good things happened on the last day of camp, which i rather not say here, because if you wanted to know...i think i wouldve told you ha yessss...man i love dance. and piercing my ears..uh wow, it didn't hurt much. when the lady did my first hole, i didn't even know she nailed it in, but the second time i felt some tingling which turned out to be ok. summer has definetly finally arrived. my messy tossaround room with 4 different shoes on the floor...rest is under l.beach:http://photos.yahoo.com/tttinah1115

so i've been doing nothing much lately besides constant summer school work, looking at my/the class' stock exchanges online, walking laps around the park, and listening to stevie wonder...some people need to come back home from their vacations, right NOW. ~tina p.s. we need to go paintballing or just something violent, to throw and punch out our feelings.

summer school is a huge drag, i think we all hate it...a lot. at least 3 quizzes/tests per week arg this better be worth it. anyway, july 4th-me,sandy,doro,and casey went to universal studios and later went to the park. i'd say it was a good day filled with lotsa inside nonsense jokes and memories.
..and the rest is on my yahoo picture site, you should all know it, if not..try and ask. ~tina

totally lost my voice last night. but it was definetly worth it, since I FINALLY SAW HER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!! AT THE HOLLYWOOD BOWL!!!!!!! she seriously knows how to reach to a crowd, it was just crazy. i wouldn't say it was better than the first time i saw her, because it was probably a pretty eqaul quality, except she talked to the audience more the first time. but last night, she sang from her 1st and 2nd album, plus some other extras. although, it was disappointing when i saw bored men walking out to smoke while she was performing. Hearing her sing live, talking, making us guess what the next song was,-it made it all extraordinary.

k so this past weekend, Dance Company drove over to Palm Springs on Friday-right after school..mm it took us about 2 hours and a bit more to get there(with some additional unnecessary traffic), but the car ride was fun. plus we ended up being the first group to arrive, yahoo. so we first see the hotel and we're all too amazed at how nice it looks, but when we go in, its looks even bettter, nice pool, nice everything-the convention center was right behind the pool, so it was all cool. our room's air con ended up not working so for the first day and half we were in a room that was about 85 degrees...egh, it was about 100 or more outside though. so, me and kathy, since we're juniors, we ended up sleeping in the couch bed which seriously dips in the middle which was frustrating but funny at the same time. First day of the dance conference, I took a Funk, Body Art(mix of yoga and pilates), and a Hip Hop House class, and I walked out of a really lame hip hop class and a wacky belly dancing class. Ok, so the hip hop house class was the best decision ever since it was a nice class AND me and kathy spotted the hottest dancer everrr...nickname:Halfie. the way he moved, rolled, popped, everything was just askdfjdsjfwirojsfklj, you dont understand-we never see guys that can move like that ever, he's in our grade too, which is crazy. after, we went swimming at the pool, but before that..i learned something new..haha, i wont say it here. then, all of us went to celebrate ms.hanson and teia's bday at cpk, which we ended up waiting for 2 hours-except for the first hour we just split up and walked/shopped around the streets. then we waited for an hour, and our waiter(cole haha), brought us bread to eat. we sang happy birthday to about 4 people while we were waiting, and ended up getting free ice cream! next day..aka last day :(...i only took turns and leaps, and hip hop, but i looked in at about 3 different classes later. yayyyy, both classes i took, halfie was there.and he was awesome in both, especialy in hip hop. dude, if all boys knew how to move like that..no actually i wouldnt want all boys to move like that. the hip hop class was pretty nice, and after me and kathy attempted to go up and talk to him and finally did yay. later, me and june stayed in the same classroom, and i finally had the guts to go up to him and ask for a photo ha ha haaaaaa, and he was real nice and sweet. then we went swimming again!!! had their hot dog from the grill and wow..they had some really nice refreshing virgin drinks, then we ended up having to leave for home right away. this time we were the last group to arrive..ha. overall, i wanna do this trip over and over and over. http://photos.yahoo.com/tttinah1115

um anyway, these past 2 weeks have been awfully slow, and i hope this week will go rapidly fast because WE'RE GOING TO THE PALM SPRINGS DANCE CONFERENCE THIS WEEKEND!!! this past weekend was the SAT and prom-basically a set routine. dude, our school had at least 50% of people not from our school, which means they kicked out a loooot of people from our school, if that makes sense and if you care. ha we only had 3 people including me in our classroom, and we all just sat in the back corner. prom prom prommmmmm, basically sandy just said everything in her lj post, so should i just repeat almost everythign similar to what she said? no, its fine. but we played some mean games in the car ride back, whats the capital of Iowa? OH AND i saw Jonathan taylor thomas today at the paseo parking lot, it was really crowded, so he asked us where we parked and he just followed us to our spot. then i just waved at him when we were driving out, and he waved back and smiled. oMgzZz iT wAs MaGiCaL, yea no really. it was cool though, not a bad person..i think. SEE YOU LATOIR! ...hahahhahhaha, http://photos.yahoo.com/tttinah1115

egh i dont really want to say everything that happened in ny..but,ill do my best...so first day, i saw graciano and this freshmen at the airport, which was unexpected, and then when we arrived, i saw whitney from passions-which was realy weird since it was about 7 in the morning.then went to hotel, walked around, ate around, etc. later on in the week, i went to Harlem, which was super cool, since this city is not surrounded w/ black people, it gave me an interesting different perspective, the church service we went to was crazy too, but fun, ha we had a buncha european people in our harlem tour, and i think they werent used to the worship service, bah wahtever. then went to BDC..actually i went everyday at least once, aahh-they had such cool dance classes, and all the teachers were really good, including choreography..i miss that place. walking there was real refreshing too, even if it was about 5 long blocks, just walking on the streets of new york is just real. anyway, then went to nyu, which was a really nice school/atmosphere, everything was nice, or at least pretty nice. dude all the starbucks @ ny are at least twice the size of the ones in southern california..or so the ones that i've seen. and then i saw wicked, which was pretty disappointing to me, probably cause i expected too much from it-but way too overrated, the set was real nice but i think i would've walked out, except the ticket price was a bit...yea. next day, i went to go see THE LIGHT IN THE PIAZZA W/ MATT MORRISON!!!wow that show was good, a lot better than i expected and it definetly made up for Wicked the day before. after the show, i went to the stage door, and finally finally met matt:D yahoo, and got photo and autograph, talked a bit, everything was just perfect.uh then after, went to watch Movin' Out..omg the NY show is so much better than the one that came to LA. The dancers and everything was so good, plus the whole cast was original, except one character-although i think i watched him the most(he was the black backup dancer guy in Chicago)so that was nice.and the pianist/vocalist(michael cavanaugh) was amazinggggg, agh i wanna watch that show again and again. i think thats enough for now, ciao: ny pics except, they're all scenery so its boring...except one:http://photos.yahoo.com/tttinah1115
